Al Lusher III (he/him)
Software Architect, Creator of Family Registry
Al is a Software Architect who has been creating software programs for over 25 years. He created Family Registry when his wife, Tricia, worked as the Associate Director of Operations at the Ronald McDonald House of Greater Cincinnati. A native Kentuckian, Al enjoys bourbon, travel, and extreme adventures. Al lives in Downtown Cincinnati with his wife, Tricia, and their dogs, Walter and StanLee.
Tricia Lusher (she/her)
Director of Operations
Tricia has dedicated the past 15 years to working both within and alongside hospitality Houses. Her understanding and passion for the mission and day to day operations of hospitality houses empower her to assist Family Registry customers in optimizing their systems, enhancing operations, and improving communication and services for families. Tricia loves concerts, true crime, and spoiling her nieces and nephews. She lives in Cincinnati with her husband, Al, and her dogs Walter and StanLee.
Ryan Foote (he/him)
Software Developer
Ryan has been a Software Developer and Development Manager for over 20 years. He works on Family Registry enhancements and upgrades. Ryan lives in Dayton Ohio with his wife, Lisa, and their sons Henry and Archie.

Michelle has a background in business operations, training, and customer support. Her passion for hospitality Houses grew during the seven months she spent in the NICU with her micro-preemie son, where she experienced firsthand the care and support these Houses provide to families. That experience inspires her commitment to delivering thoughtful, reliable service to the teams who rely on Family Registry every day.
Michelle lives in Louisiana with her 10-month-old son, Kairo. Outside of work, she enjoys trying new recipes, tackling DIY projects, and helping her little warrior grow stronger every day
Alex (he/them)
Intern
Alex is our intern. He works with Tricia to input new information and help onboard new customers. He enjoys spending time with his friends, cooking, and spending time outdoors.
