Al Lusher III
Software Architect, Creator of Family Registry
Al is a Software Architect who has been creating software programs for over 25 years. He created Family Registry when his wife, Tricia, worked as the Associate Director of Operations at the Ronald McDonald House of Greater Cincinnati. A native Kentuckian, Al enjoys bourbon, travel, and extreme adventures. Al lives in Downtown Cincinnati with his wife, Tricia, and their dogs, Walter and StanLee.
Tricia Lusher
Director of Operations
Tricia has worked with families of sick children for over 10 years. Her unique understanding and love for the mission of hospitality houses allow her to help Family Registry customers utilize their systems to help streamline operations while improving communication and services to families. Tricia loves concerts, true crime, and spoiling her nieces and nephews. She lives in Cincinnati with her husband, Al, and her dogs Walter and StanLee.
Ryan Foote
Software Developer
Ryan has been a Software Developer and Development Manager for over 20 years. He works on Family Registry enhancements and upgrades. Ryan lives in Dayton Ohio with his wife, Lisa, and their sons Henry and Archie.

Software Developer
Ernie is a seasoned Software Developer with over 20 years of experience in the industry. He works for Family Registry, where he is responsible for handling customer change requests.In his spare time, he enjoys staying active and keeping fit. Ernie, his wife Ella, and their two children, daughter Gyra and son Ethan, make up a loving and close-knit family.

Sunshine is a software developer with 10 years of experience in developing and implementing software solutions for various industries. She works on Family Registry enhancements. Sunshine loves spending time with her family and watching movies. She lives with her husband, Glenn, and her son, Gabriel.

Eric is a full-stack developer with over a decade of experience in the industry. He works on Family Registry API. When he’s not working, he helps his wife, Glenda, take care of their new baby, Frederic.
